It was certainly a great day for Scouting yesterday with our first Court of Honor! For starters, congratulations to all the Venturers who were recognized for various awards last night including the Recruiter strip, Leave No Trace Awareness Award, Interpreter strip, and Venture rank award! Everyone has work so hard and it was great to recognize you all for your efforts. Thank you to Jon Ingram, District Executive for Foothills, Shawn Wolcott, our Unit Commissioner, and Gail Allen with Friends of Scouting. We appreciate you all volunteering your time to attend. The food was delicious, abundant, and just plain over the top, Crew 11 style... Just how we like it. A special thank you from me, to all of you for the big knot. Very special and appreciated.  |
